Non-Dēmand is Now Open for Submissions
Self-reliant streaming. What we built for our projects, I think can work for everyone.
I’m excited to announce that Non-Dēmand, a TVOD streaming aggregator powered by Fundgible, is officially open for submissions.
Through my company Fundgible, we’ve developed a video player that allows creators to put a paywall on their film and stream them as TVOD (transactional video on demand) for rental and purchase—with a 90/10 split in favor of creators. This means filmmakers finally get to keep the majority of the revenue their work generates.
We’re rolling out the feature next week with my own feature film, You, Me & Her, which many of you know has been a wild ride and a deep lesson in how broken the system can be for independent films. Out of that journey—and from discovering all the cracks Non Dē filmmakers fall through—I teamed up with the incredible Tyler Savery to start building Fundgible. Our mission is simple: create something that works for us as filmmakers, and in turn, something that can work for you too.
For me, this is about contributing something to the movement. Like other TVOD options, Non-Dēmand is non-exclusive—it’s just another place you can put your film. But unlike other platforms, you can also use the player directly on your own website, catering directly to your community. That flexibility decentralizes streaming across filmmakers while also creating a central hub for the growing Non-Dē movement.
The site is basic right now, but that’s intentional. This is about planting a flag and inviting others to join. We already have the core system in place—what comes next will be shaped by the community.
We would love to host a new film each week starting 10.15.25 please reach out with questions, comments and share your projects!
👉 Join us, build with us, and build on top of what we’re building. Be part of a movement that puts creators first.

Are you dealing with short films? or only features?
Love that you’re taking constructive feedback, Dan. The little bit of description you added goes a long way for me!
